Our family had a great stay at a family, run hotel that was clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. We loved the ideal location close to shopping and restaurants, as well as the easy access to the beach. Our room was spacious with a nice view of the terrace, and the bathroom was well, maintained with hot water. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the availability of multi, day passes for Venice and the surrounding areas.

There was some noise from outside during the night which was a bit disturbing.

The hotel is located in a great spot in the city center, just a few steps from the beach and local shops. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very pleasant.

On the other hand, the room was a bit small and noisy during the night and early morning. there was no fridge, poor AC, and only wifi available near the reception.

The hotel room was not very clean and had an unpleasant odor. the room also had no air conditioning and was quite hot at night.
